EULAR 2026 og Grønn kongress
EULAR er Europas største revmatologikongress og samler i disse dager forskere, klinikere, annet helsepersonell og pasientrepresentanter fra hele verden. De internasjonale høydepunkter fra kongressen får du ved å melde deg på Grønn kongress.
EULAR arrangeres i år i London, fra 3. til 6. juni. Kongressen handler om ny kunnskap om revmatiske og muskelskjelettsykdommer – fra grunnforskning og nye behandlingsmuligheter til rehabilitering, digital oppfølging, pasientkommunikasjon og hvordan forskning kan tas i bruk i klinisk praksis. Komiteen regner med å samle like mange som i fjor, da kongressen hadde 13 542 registreringer fra 127 land.
Selv om du ikke er til stede, vil du, helt gratis, kunne bli kjent med viktig forskning fra kongressen hvis du melder deg på Grønn kongress digitalt. Arrangementet foregår på norsk. Det passer for alle med spesiell interesse for revmatologi og muskelskjelettsykdommer.
På årets EULAR-program står en rekke norske bidrag.

- Home-Based Monitoring of Cardiopulmonary Complications in Systemic Sclerosis
Hilde Jenssen Bjørkekjær, PhD-student i Nor-FIORD-gruppen ved OUS, presenterer en pilotstudie om hjemmemonitorering av kardiopulmonale manifestasjoner ved systemisk sklerose. Hun har særlig jobbet med pulmonal arteriell hypertensjon. - Self-managing hand osteoarthritis is in the palm of your hand: the Happy Hands app
Anne Therese Tveter presenterer Happy Hands-prosjektet sammen med Ingvild Kjeken. Prosjektet har utviklet en app med kvalitetssikrede råd og øvelser for personer med håndartrose. Hva er erfaringene? - Health literacy needs of patients with migrant backgrounds and inflammatory rheumatic diseases
Laura Treacy presenterer en studie om behov for helsekompetanse hos pasienter med migrantbakgrunn. Hvordan kan språk, kultur og tilgang til informasjon påvirke pasientenes mulighet til å forstå sykdommen, bruke helsetjenesten og delta aktivt i egen behandling? - Foundations of successful communication in clinic
Anna Fryxelius holder et invitert innlegg om betydningen av kommunikasjon mellom behandler og pasient. Med erfaring som pasient, pasientrepresentant og fagsjef i Norsk Revmatikerforbund viser hun hvordan kommunikasjon i klinikken kan påvirke behandling, samarbeid og etterlevelse.

- Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis
- PhD-studentene Imane Barden og Alexander Nima Sharami presenterer henholdsvis langtidsutfall ved juvenil idiopatisk artritt og remisjonsdata fra minJIA.
- The RheumaVision research knowledge transfer contest
Vilde Øverlien Dåstøl, PhD-stipendiat i Prevent-JIA-studien, representerer Norge i finalen i EULARs formidlingskonkurranse RheumaVision. Hun viser hvordan spørsmålet «hadde vikinger RA?» kan lære oss mer om forskningsmetodikk og risikofaktorer for sykdomsutvikling. - How do the new EULAR/ERS guidelines impact therapeutic management of CTD-ILD and RA-ILD?
Anna Hoffmann-Vold, en av de fremste ekspertene innen CTD-ILD og sisteforfatter av ERS/EULAR-anbefalingene på feltet, holder to innlegg. Hun snakker både om hvordan anbefalingene kan påvirke behandling av RA-ILD, og om andre kliniske konsekvenser av retningslinjen.

- Results from the 5-year NOR-Gout study
Hilde Berner Hammer presenterer funn fra NOR-Gout-studien. Studien viser sammenheng mellom krystallavleiringer og erosjoner. Innlegget blir et av høydepunktene for alle som er opptatt av ultralyd i revmatologi.
- Patient-initiated follow-up is more cost-effective than remote monitoring or usual care in axial spondyloarthritis
Inger Jorid Berg, postdoktor i ReMonit-studien, presenterer data om kostnadseffektivitet ved pasientstyrt oppfølging. Dette sammenlignes med digital oppfølging og ordinær oppfølging av pasienter med aksial spondyloartritt.

Marte Schrumpf Heiberg presenterer data om nedtrapping av bDMARD hos RA-pasienter i remisjon. Dette er et klinisk viktig tema i samtaler med pasienter som vurderer redusert behandling. - 10-year follow-up of the ARCTIC trial
